Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service total. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a required deposit or restricted booking privileges.
